To keep pace with customer demand, we recently expanded our manufacturing capability. Our new 32,000 square foot facility located in Morgan Hill, California, is built around a core of innovative technology and processes. This underscores our commitment to broadening our product spectrum so that we can offer advanced solutions that successful companies need to become more productive and competitive. We have the people, technology, and systems necessary to meet that commitment.
THE TEAM

Brett Arnold | President and CEO
Brett founded Neutronix in 1989, providing custom Canon mask aligners and 1x projection systems to HVM and R&D clients and has over 25 years of experience in the design and application of photolithography equipment. Neutronix acquired Quintel Corporation in 2005 forming Neutronix Quintel, which is widely recognized now as NxQ. Prior to founding Neutronix, Brett was employed at Gould Microwave and Canon USA in engineering leadership roles.

Keith Cooper | Director of Sales
Keith Cooper received the BS degree in Chemical Engineering, followed by an MA degree. He joined the staff of Texas Instruments as a lithography development engineer in 1979, followed by employment at Mostek Corp (now ST Micro). In 1985, he joined Karl Suss America as applications engineer, then transitioned to several other technical roles including x-ray lithography Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager. Following his employment in high-accuracy flip chip bonding and electrical probing, he joined the staff of Neutronix-Quintel as Director of Sales. Mr. Cooper has extensive experience in lithographic and bonding processes for MEMS, Advanced Packaging and Sensors, and has served in leadership roles in such technical symposia as ECTC, IMAPS Device Packaging, and the IWLPC.

Curt Gamm | Senior Applications Engineer
As Senior Applications Engineer, Curt assists customers with machine operation and process applications. In addition, Curt helps produce NxQ’s machine documentation and technical writing. Prior to joining NxQ, Curt held a variety of customer engineering positions as Zilog, AMI, Fairchild, Smith-Kline Instruments and Cobilt Computervision. He has done customer service engineering work in over 400 semiconductor fabs worldwide. Curt graduated from St. Olaf College with an engineering degree.

Lenore Arnold | Chief Operating Officer
Lenore co-founded Neutronix in 1989 and brings over twenty years experience in management and operations. As COO, Lenore provides the day-to-day management of all facets of NxQ’s business operations and ensures it is able to meet the needs of its customers, employees and partners. She is trained in semiconductor material structure and engineering product development and has taken additional courses in executive coaching and goal setting and effective financial management.

David Geder | Director of Customer Support
David has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. As Director of Customer Support, David is responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction for NxQ. Prior to joining NxQ in 2009, David was a Regional Sales Manager at EV Group and held additional sales leadership positions at roles at leading semiconductor companies including TMA (acquired by Avant! Corp and then Synopsys) and Cadence Design Systems. David graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a Certification in Project Management from Boston University.
